Aparna SahuMom of a 2 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Postpartum you should maintain your hydration . Breast milk formation depends mostly on fluid intake also . Kindly take around 4 litres of water minimum to maintain breast milk supply also . It doesn’t increases weight at all .
