Dr please suggest something for weight and hight growth for my 23 months old babies I have twins

Hello mom good healthy balanced diet is necessary for a proper over all growth of the child , hence foods from various food groups are essential for them , give them food quality proteins as well such as in form of eggs. Milk , panner , etc also different variety of dals, fish etc if preferred , also whole grain cereals , rice ,roti , Millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables. , dry fruits and nuts as well.
