Sometime constipation can happen during the time of pregnancies if you would want you can a consult your gynaecologist she help you with the right laxative that you can consume during the time of your pregnancy and that’s going to help in passing you easy motion currently I can only say that you should have good amount of liquid and buttermilk as well
