Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. ideally u shud not. Baby should be given only breast milk till 6 mnths of age as breast milk has natural antibodies for baby s immunity and IQ development. Nothing is advised n can b harmful if given no ghutti no water
