ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist7 years agoA. Dear ma'am, your baby is too young to be introduced cow milk/nuts. They are prone to cause allergy and the growing kidneys cannot handle the extra load. Kindly avoid these items and continue breast feeding exclusively for the first six months and after six months completion you can introduce solids in addition to breast feeding.
