Q.

Dr.. 1 year baby with out cold and cough only immediately fever In baby ? its common or not ? what is the issue or other symptoms?? pls suggest

A. yes it is common you have to give paracetamol according to the weight and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. it can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever weather higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever important to avoid them if possible. do body sponge to decrease the body temperature and give plenty of fluids and water to drink to prevent dehydration.

A. Sometimes you do an infection also a child can have temperature so I do not see anything to be worried the weather is really fluctuating and changing with a lot of fluctuations that could be the reason there is no problem with that it’s completely normal
