ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. half sachet twice a day . continue prescribed medications. if you have introduced any new food, skip it for time being. maintain good hydration. curd, buttermilk help in maintaining good intestinal bacteria. keep a close watch on urine color, hydration, maintain good oral intake. if child appears drowsy, blood in stools or not feeding well then consult your paediatrician. maintain good hygiene while feeding your baby. hope this helps.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. For loose motion, keep feeding the baby well. Start giving ORS. Keep the baby well hydrated. Give light and easily digestible foods like mashed banana, khichdi, yogurt, butter milk, suji upma. Avoid giving mango and other fibrous foods

I would not suggest self medication for such a small child as self medicating such a small child may be harmful so its better to consult a pediatrician to have a detailed physical examination of your child and relevant treatment accordingly if needed
