Does unpasteurised apple cider vinegar is safe for a lactating mother ??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom rather you need to prefer the pasteurised apple cider vinegar only as the unpasteurised ones can transmit harmful bacteria into the milk and then directly to the baby as well
