Does the new babies complexion change due to the product used on them like soap , oil and lotions ?

If you or your partner are Black, your baby may be born with light skin — often a shade or two lighter than their skin color will end up. It could take weeks or months — or in some cases, a few years — before your little cutie shows her true colors.
