Does teething cause sleepless nights for babies? My baby is not able to sleep properly and crying a lot during night

A. teething can cause pain in baby's and prevent him from sleeping so here are some ways in which you can put your baby to sleep give baby something cold to chew on teethers...these are special toys made to be chewed on.. massage the gums with your finger as you massage the gums you will be able to feel where the teeth are coming in focus on massaging these areas in particular

A. the irritation in the gums could be a reason. Massaging your baby’s gums when he is teething is a great way of alleviating the pain and irritation.Simply wash your hands thoroughly and wipe them dry. Then use your clean fingers to gently massage the bottom of his gums. Do not apply any pressure nor massage the top of the gums where the tooth would erupt. Only run your fingers gently at the base of the gums and continue doing so all along his gums. Focus on the gums at the front since that is where the first teeth would emerge. You can give this massage when you feel your baby is irritated due to teething.
