does my sleeping position affect my Supply of breastmilk ? I sleep on my Stomach.

amandeepMom of a 6 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. Dear mom, sleeping on stomach does not affect the breastmilk supply. Rather , high stress levels, improper diet, less intake of water etc greatly affect the breastmilk supply. have a good sleep in order to stay stress free and enjoy good Supply of breastmilk. stay happy. enjoy motherhood.
