Does horse gram really helps to lose weight.

A. Hi yes horse gram is very good to reduce weight. So you need to have high protein rich food to loose weight, where horse gram is very high protein so definately you should include as dal, boilee chaat, sprouts etc.

A. Instead of horse gram try flax seeds. There are many ways to get rid of tummy fat. i would suggest to start with warm up excercise. Go for a walk. Start with 30 minutes daily and then post 1 month you can slowly increase it to 45 minutes and then 1 hour. Apart from this indulge yourself in yoga if possible meditation. It has cure for almost everything. Apart from this we do not have to forget about our diet. Indulge in small portions and 6 meals a day. This will help in good digestion. Apart from this a colourful meal a day is also very important. Take a bowl of seasonal fruits and vegetables and make a salad of your choice. Try to avoid juices as they have high sugar content and will not give roughage to your body which helps in getting rid of hunger cravings. In case you are a foodie like me then do not stop yourself from having food from outside however fix weekend for the same and take small portions. Taking care of yourself us very important however without a glass of milk it will be of no good. Post pregnancy and delivery we have a reccuring loss of calcium and a glass of milk will help you complete that quota. Go for ajwain water if possible. All you have to do is just add a tablespoon of ajwain to 2 litres of water and give it a boil. Then let it cool and strain. Drink this water whenever you are thirsty. It will help you keep constipation away. Also go for curd with black salt and bhuna jeera powder it will also help in getting in shape.Of course yes. No restriction of excluding anything from your diet. Include everything you like to have so that your baby gets used to it too.

A. you can start with light exercise or you can do yoga at home also you can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions

A. It doesn't dear. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or
Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet.
