A. most importantly More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that apart from top food baby should only given breastmilk and nothing else 2-3 lt water consume a balanced diet for enough milk production. foods like Methi, green leafy vegetables, Dill leaves or shepu, tree gum or Gond, saunth Garden cress seeds, garlic intake can help milk supply
