Doctor please suggest me some medicine for my baby... I used a cream prescribed by doctor; Fluticasone Creamed I.P. Fluvate skin cream.. What is the reason for this? I use only cotton nappies for my baby.. only at night I use diaper sleeping time only...

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi dear If your baby's genital area is swollen just after birth, it's most likely because of the extra fluid newborns carry or the extra dose of hormones she may have received from you just before birth. This swelling is harmless, and the fluid will be flushed out in her urine after a few days.
