Q.

Doctor, my son is 3.8 yrs old but cannot communicate...he can call ma baba or indicate things with sign even can say alphabets shapes colour etc but cannot communicate..pls suggest some home solution

A. hello try to give your child more opportunity and encourage your child in speaking and also would recommend you to once check with a speech and hearing where they will help you on how you can make your child communicate more with a speech therapy which would be very helpful also
