Hi doctor, my son is 2yr 4 month old but yet he has not started talking , he just speak single word , like mumma, dadda , baba , dadi these all words even he says sometimes not always, he recognise alphabets and call the latters like A, O, I, Y please suggest what should I do

A. most of the babies at this age will be speaking small sentences of two to three words is the baby is not speaking much vocabulary it is advisable to consult doctor
