doc my son is 3 yr 11 months old he is having cold, flowing nose, I have given him maxtra syrup after consulting with the doc for 3 days but still the cold is not ok .pls suggest some gud medicine for it?

A. asthakind can also be given . cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .
