Do parental control apps really help in reducing the usage of phones?

Yes dear, like I have downloaded parental control app called COP by Baatu, I can set time limit, usage and can monitor activities and also can block the apps which are not useful and harmful for my kids. I found this app very useful and I was looking for. it has all the features which parents needs to be checked.

When you set a fixed time limit to an app on a particular thing in your phone responding to it after a while set a timer in general when we talk about giving phone or not giving phone it’s not advisable it can have brain numbing impacts on the case and if you actually read article articles online about it kind of you would actually avoid giving mobile to the child at any cost
