Do babies suffer from constipation during teething ??any home remedies ?

Teeth can errupt at any time from birth But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age Teeth eruptions is a natural process No need to do anything for that Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying. Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use. It will help

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 years agoA. not as such Constipation is quite common in babys less than one year of age No need to worry for this Give tummy times frequently in a day time Do massage everyday and specially tummy massage more. breast Feed ur baby as per demand It will help Burp properly at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp Keep hydration well Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day If baby is feeling discomfort and crying inconsolably then Need to do rectal stimulation, apply some drops of oil over rectal area It will help If it doesn't help then Need rectal glycerine enema Or some laxative for which u need to visit once with pediatrician.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children6 years agoA. during teething babies neither suffer from constipation nor from diarrhoea.constipation in 8 months old child may be because of little hydration you may have to use semi solids and fresh fruits mashed apples potatoes etc
