A. fluid intake water curd and buttermilk, banana are good for stomach homemade fresh, balanced diet having variety of food groups give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables because these are rich in water like watermelon muskmelon grapes, cucumber spinach give small frequent meals avoid fried food

A. hi give juicy, liquid food items more as in summer due to perspiration kids can get dehydration please give fresh fruits, curd, buttermilk more avoid giving too spicy and heavy food items
