In summer diet should be rich in fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, tomato, banana as they are cooling in nature
Include simple and easily digestible food item like khichdi, upma, poha, fruits smoothies , fresh home made juices in the diet
Replace ice cream and cold drinks by Aam panna, jal jeera, shrikhand, home made fruit ice creams, coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water
Reduce fried foods intake
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby home made food which you are making for other family members and also add watery fruits like water melons musk melon, cucumber and others seasonal fruits and vegetables.
