include whole grains, millets, milk and milk products, nuts and seeds, healthy fats - ghee in required quantity, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, adequate water to keep you hydrated.
avoid processed, junk and fried foods, mqida recipes.
include galactagogue in your meals as that will help to improve quality and quantity of breastmilk. you can include 1 tsp shatavari powder with a glass of water, 1 tsp methi seeds with water or 1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water - avoid if thyroid issues. you can also make laddos using these galactagogue, nuts, and ghee.
eat on regular intervals after 2 hours. continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months and feed on regular intervals after 2 hours.
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
