delivery ke baad mera weight bad gaya hai mjha major surgery aayi hai ab mai kya krun jisse mera weight kam ho jaya ga kya khawon mai jis se weight kam ho jaye

Hi mom, do not worry, would suggest to have a healthy and balanced meals with homecooked foods. include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, healthy fats in small quantities, and adequate water to keep you hydrated. add small mid-meals after 2 hours, and regularize your meal timings. have a healthy lifestyle, good sleep pattern, start with walk, exercise or yoga. avoid junk and processed foods, maida / refined flour recipes, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats.

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to maintain a 16 hours gap between breakfast and dinner is known as intermittent fasting apart from that I will suggest that you would like to have cinnamon Honey with warm water at night
