A. Hi mom Start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism .. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body.
