dear gripe water is given to babies when they face teething problems, stomach ache and colic....

A. no gripe water is not to be given. does not help. teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers. give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
