Dear Doctors/Experts, My kid is going to complete 6 months. She is still now in breast feeding. What cerelac should I prefer to her I mean homemade or readymade after completing 6 months?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. home made is best cerelac. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
