Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables n protein rich food.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. There is no restriction on any ride a fruit or vegetable to be consumed during their lactation time so you can go ahead with which ever rude you want to have like a said the doctors and restrictive from eating any kind of fruit or vegetable
