ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 years agoA. no it does not cause cough in baby can give Giving right food at right time is needed at this age. Always better to give home made freshly prepared food items only Give Moong dal puree Rice kanji Spinach and dal mash Tomato soup mashed fruit Apple puree Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes Boiled mashed banana or banana puree. Give 3-4 serves in a day. Continue breast feed as well till 1.5 yrs of age.

ReshmaMom of a 8 yr 2 m old boy6 years agoA. no momma, cerelac doesn't cause cough but it may have caused some allergy because of which he has caught cold.usually packed or tin foods may cause digestion problem in babies.so it's always best advised to give them home cooked foods
