Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Always prefer mild shampoo which is organic or herbal based products .
Avoid chemical based products,high pH value in shampoo which might cause damage to hair.
Check water hardness ,diet which are more important for healthy hair growth.
A well balanced diet with protein,clacium,iron rich foods - Milk,diary products,dry fruits and nuts,leafy vegetables,egg,fish,omega fatty foods ..
