You can keep your baby in diapers all the time but to maintain hygiene make sure to change diapers within 3 to 6 hrs of gap. Also make sure you are using Hugh quality diapers that absorbs well and keeps baby dry. not so Good branded diapers are always safe use. Ensure you don't use 24/7. Give some free time everyday for about 2-4 hours. This will ensure that baby will get some good air circulation. Else it may lead to infections and other urninary infections. Also ensure to use right size or the next size to stay free from rashes.
