ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. There are no enough studies done on the Gond or tragacanth gum to substantiate if it is safe during pregnancy or not. That’s why it is always preferable to avoid any such food which doesn’t have any studies
