can we reduce stretch marks after 1 year of pregnancy

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. quite difficult but atleast try. apply mama earth anti stretch marks cream 4-5 times and continue for six months. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

This can be done through exfoliating treatments or specialized laser treatments, including the laser stretch mark removal treatment system at our clinic.
