can we mix breast milk to rice porridge while introducing a 4.5 month baby,, also can the porridge be given at night

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. don't add bm pta fm in any baby food. In the early stages of a baby’s life, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needs. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand
