ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, no, you should not introduce water to 5 months 6 days old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby.
