MeghaMom of a 14 yr 1 m old girl6 years agoA. Which medicine has doctor prescribed for fever? Once in a while, you can give your child paracetamol on an empty stomach but not always as it can cause acidity. It is preferred to give Paracetamol after feed but if the fever is more and child is not willing to consume anything, the fever medicine can be given empty stomach.
