ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. yes . avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases. post illness babies might be cranky , irritable. nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position. feed by spoon otherwise. Maintain hygiene. if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.

They should be avoided only when the tummy is upset as they are quite hard to digest. You can give egg on any form your baby likes them in
