Yes porridges can be prepared with formula milk. If the baby has completed 6 months then You can give seasonal fruits either hand mashed or steamed.  Vegetables steamed or boiled.  Dal rice slightly overcooked, khichdi ,ragi, suji  sabudana Kheer are some great options to start with.  Potatoes, sweet potato, avocado  banana, Apples are some other great option too.  Ghee and butter can be added.  Start with one time meal and gradually you increase it.  Always offer few sips of water after every meal to maintain oral hygiene.
