can we cook food in formula milk?

A. Hi, no avoid cooking formula milk. Its properties changea because of it. You should cook food seperately and after it gets cooked u can mix it with formula milk but avoid boiling formula milk.

A. Formula milk should not be directly heated. It should be consumed at temperature 9f 60 degrees. you can cook porridge and then add warm formula milk in the bowl on top.

A. Yes porridges can be prepared with formula milk. If the baby has completed 6 months then You can give seasonal fruits either hand mashed or steamed. Vegetables steamed or boiled. Dal rice slightly overcooked, khichdi ,ragi, suji sabudana Kheer are some great options to start with. Potatoes, sweet potato, avocado banana, Apples are some other great option too. Ghee and butter can be added. Start with one time meal and gradually you increase it. Always offer few sips of water after every meal to maintain oral hygiene.

A. Yes you can cook it in the formula milk but then you need to make sure that you never boil the formula so once you have prepared the food and water you have to add it to the formula which you have prepared
