Hi I added salt and sugar from the very beginning itself as per the guidance of my paediatrician never faced an issue after that so if you want you can add it it’s not a ham according to me and my paediatrician lot of doctors are going to say no but it’s better that you add it otherwise your child is not going to accept tasteless food it is going to be a tough task then
