ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no nit till five years ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. hello since your child is just one year the whole peanut can be choking your child and so it will be better if you can crush it a little and give it for your child and peanut as its own health benefits and is also rich in protein and is totally safe to be given for your child but make sure it is not allergic
