Can meftal spam tab 1/4th can be given for 5 yr old kids at time of emergency during intermediate stomach ache pls suggest

Mahira SayyadMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. I saw some news recently about meftal spas that it is banned and should not be used. Is it really true bcz whenever pediatrician recommend it I don't give it to my kid.
