can i use vicks baby rub on my baby?? and how effective it is??

breast feed baby frequently as it helps in hydration also provides antibodies to fight infection
keep baby in slightly upright position while feeding for easier sucking
make baby sleep in similar manner with head a little elevated.
use humidifier or vaporizer, indirect steam
Saline nasal drops
maintain proper hygiene hand wash with soap

SivaranjaniMom of a 8 yr old girl7 years agoA. I think it is advisable only after 4 months and even if u wnna use then rub the Vick’s on feet and chest and on back. Dont apply it on any part of face plz
