can I use tummy belt after 3 months,is it effective to reduce belly fat

Hello ma’am The tummy belt is not used to reduce down your weight it is basically used so that your belly does not sag and it should be used right after your delivery. But if you’re not use it as of now but I don’t think so it is going to help you any further but still if you want to you can give it a try there is no harm
