can i use one spoon of castor oil during constipation for my 3 year kids ? or there any side effects?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yojay but iys harsh laxative If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
