Can i use menstrual cup after giving vaginal birth?? my baby is four months old

A. yes you can. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. While you may be tempted, do not use a menstrual cup, or any internal menstrual care product for postnatal bleeding (also called lochia). The body needs to time to recover and there is increased risk of infection post baby.
