Can i use menstrual cup after giving vaginal birth?? my baby is four months old

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. While you may be tempted, do not use a menstrual cup, or any internal menstrual care product for postnatal bleeding (also called lochia). The body needs to time to recover and there is increased risk of infection post baby.
