can I use liquid paraffin for dry skin he is 1 year and 7 months baby..how it will apply?

A. Apply NMFE vitamin E cream that’s going to be a very good choice to reduce dryness from the skin of your child and that would be very good it’s a clinically tested product and recommended by doctors but it is a pharma product so it’s only available at pharmacies
