Yes you can use. Now it is totally safe to start using Indian toilets. But rather than this you should not do any sort of exercise. But if you can avoid using Indian toilet then it will be more comfortable for you. And if you are a breastfeeding mother than maintain a proper diet to keep your body healthy.
