Yes if you feel you lack any vitamins or minerals , you can take a multivitamin. it is best to consult a doctor or Dietician once ,before starting the supplements, to confirm that it is safe for you.

Yes! You can use it dear. Simultaneously have healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Have Dashmularishta ayurvedic medicine 3 bottle post pregnancy. This is really helpful in getting energy back.
