can I use air cooler for my 5 months boy? explain if any side effects

Yes You can definitely use an air cooler AC fan whatever you like to use you can just make sure that there is no direct air onto your child is otherwise your child can easily catch cold or other issues so just make sure that the air is diverted but the room is cool
