Can I take vitamin e tablet (evion 400 mg) twice or thrice in a week for hair fall? will it increase my weight or any side-effects since I am a breastfeeding mom

Aparna SsharmaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. its better to consult once with your doctor. I was also facing hairfall. my doctor also gave me some tablets and asked me to apply Trichup hair oil. I also used mamaearth argan hair mask with it. both of them helped me a lot in controlling the hairfall and promotes new hair growth. also improves the texture of my hairs by making them soft and smooth and silky.

you can try mama earth hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo conditioner as to reduce hair fall..
you can try pure herbal mystical hair oil and mask as to reduce hair fall..
consult the doctor regarding vitamin supplements...
