My 3 years old baby girl has eaten evion 400 vitamin tablet of mine....am worrying need to consult doctor??

Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
